Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers the following:

  • Anti-tarnish protection — if your jewellery shows unusual tarnishing despite proper care
  • Manufacturing defects, such as:
    • Broken clasps
    • Loose settings
    • Faulty closures or links

If any of the above issues occur within 6 months of purchase, we will gladly repair or replace the item free of charge.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • General wear and tear (scratches, faded plating over time)
  • Water or chemical damage (perfumes, lotions, etc.)
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Third-party alterations or repairs

🔁 Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the product and issue
    • A brief description of the problem
  2. Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps — including pickup, replacement, or repair.
  3. If repair or replacement isn’t possible, we may offer a store credit or exchange at our discretion.

📦 Shipping for Warranty

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us.
  • We will cover the return shipping for repaired or replaced items.

🕒 Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of delivery and is non-transferable.
